Collaboration agreement between the FRQ and the National Council of Science and Technology of Mexico.
A collaboration agreement signed in June 2016 between the Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQ) and the National Council of Science and Technology of Mexico (CONACYT) is paying off with the upcoming launch of a call for proposals of the new collaborative research bilateral program Québec – Mexico.
This program was developed to bring researchers from Mexico and Québec to develop innovative joint research projects.
The areas targeted by the program are:
- Climate change, sustainable development and environment
- Advanced manufacturing
- Public health and aging
- Cultural industries
The call for proposals is to be launched on October 18, 2016, and the due date for the letter of intent is December 2nd, 2016.
